The work with Human Rights is now focused on the implementation of some of the actions identified so far through our Human Rights Due Diligence journey. As an intern in our team, you will therefore gain a unique understanding of how to operationalize Human Rights, how to work with this topic across functions and how to sharpen existing tools and practices, to mention a few. Your primary tasks and responsibilities will be to assist with the implementation of Human Rights initiatives, including and not limited to:

1. Assisting with the coordination of activities related to Human Rights Impact Assessments (HRIA).
2. Updating suppliers´ sustainability audit tools.

As our potential new intern, you are currently studying a master´s degree or a 4-year bachelor´s degree in the Human Rights area (or a relevant field). You have strong analytical and writing skills, are quality-oriented and organized. You have an international outlook and you speak and write English fluently. You are ambitious with the intention to add value to our company and you are willing to learn. The position is based in our HQ in Bjerringbro.
