1. Preamble

As a global company and one of the world’s largest private employers with more than 500,000 employees serving 200,000 customers in more than 50 countries,

ISS influences the lives of many people and has an extensive interface with societies around the globe. Our long-term sustainable business success, therefore,

depends on a high level of corporate responsibility.

2. Our Commitment

Since its inception in 1999, ISS has made a strong commitment as a signatory and supporter of the United Nations Global Compact.

In line with the membership regulations, we are committed to aligning our strategy and business operations with the ten Global Compact principles on human rights,

labour rights, environmental protection and anti-corruption.

ISS respects, supports and promotes human rights as stated in the United Nations Declaration of Human Rights and the Core Conventions of the International Labour Organisation.
