The role and your most important tasks
We are a small dedicated team that works with CSR & Compliance. You will therefore work with a wide variety of CSR and Compliance areas, spanning from human rights, to anti-corruption, the environment, responsible supply chain management and CSR reporting.

We are currently in a CSR strategy process, where you will be part of developing action plans for selected CSR focus areas, as well as drive some of these through the implementation phase.

You will also be responsible for the preparation of our annual CSR/COP report ensuring adherence with relevant legislation and requirements.

Moreover, you will be part of implementing the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, as well as driving elements of our Anti-Corruption Compliance Program.

You will also assist in maintaining the CSR governance structure by assisting with the CSR Board and CSR Driver meetings.

The profile that we are looking for
You have 2-5 years’ experience working with CSR & Compliance in the private sector, preferably from a global company and hold a relevant master’s degree.

You have concrete experience within the following areas:

  • Human Rights: implementing the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights
  • Anti-Corruption: risk assessments, compliance program and training
  • CSR reporting: writing CSR reports and driving the CSR reporting process
  • Creating awareness and stakeholder management
  • Developing training materials and e-learnings

You have strong communication skills and have experience with translating complex issues into communicable and tangible issues.

With your strong skills, personality, and drive you are able to win respect across our organization. You master stakeholder management and with your communication skills and your focus on ensuring the right solutions, you navigate naturally and professionally around a cross-disciplinary environment. You are able to listen to and respect the needs of key stakeholders while also having the courage to challenge their opinions. You are thorough, independent, and have a systematic approach enabling you to maintain an overview of numerous tasks at a time. You are structured, precise, and not afraid to make the first move. We expect you to be fluent in both English and Danish.
