I work for SDGlead as a Partner. I advise clients in the area of sustainability, CSR and international development. I have been working with major projects a number of different clients, e.g. one of the world’s largest toy manufacturer, a Big Pharma company, as well as companies within industries, such as oil, wind, technology, telecoms, dairy, discount retail and biotech. I advise the public sector on strategy, social dumping and social impact. 

My primary field of expertise lies within strategy, implementation, human rights risk management, due diligence, internal and external communication, social auditing and behavioural risk and culture. I am advisor to the private and public sector social investment and strategic value chain/supply chain management. I also serve as a Board member in Africa's fastest growing fast food manufacturer and retail chain, SuperFoods. 

I have more than 20 years of experience within communication, advisory services and risk management in both a Danish, but mostly a global context. Having lived most of my working life outside Denmark on three different continents, I have extensive knowledge of global challenges. For more than 10 years, I was a partner in a management consultancy in: Africa, Asia, EU, USA.

I am the main author of the book “CSR: Hvad enhver virksomhed bør vide om lovgivning, forbrugere, og medier” (L&R) and “Social Ansvarlighed” (Forlaget Andersen), as well as part of the PwC Global Sustainability Centre of Excellence and PwC International Development Network.
