Circular economy standardization and Ecodesign
Learn more about the ideas behind circular economy standardization in extension of the Ecodesign for Sustainable Products Regulation (ESPR).
We will put focus on the circular economy standards developed for the Ecodesign framework through Mandate 543 from the European commission. These standards address the material efficiency and durability of products, and they are an important contribution to the coming regulation, Ecodesign for Sustainable Products (ESPR).
The national mirror Committee S-611 Miljø og cirkulær økonomi has actively been involved in this since the beginning of the mandate in 2015.
