Andrew Griffin, Partner @Deloitte UK
For nearly 20 years, Andrew has advised some of the world’s largest and most respected companies helping them factor reputation into their decision making, resolve controversial issues and respond to crises. He has advised organisations on issues, including serious crime allegations, product legacy issues, industrial accidents, data loss, sudden regulatory intervention and market entry. He has also helped global organisations become ‘crisis ready’ and has provided senior counsel through many live issues and crises. Andrew is also a regular media commentator and conference speaker and his latest book, ‘Crisis, Issues and Reputation Management’ was published in 2014. Andrew is from our UK practice.

Tanja Juul Christiansen, Partner @Deloitte DK
Tanja Juul Christiansen is partner in Deloitte and has worked extensively with crisis communication, brand resilience and reputation management. She has a strong foundation in cultural change and leadership development, and helps Deloitte’s clients with all aspects of strategic crisis and reputation management - from foreseeing and avoiding crises to building crisis readiness and offering real time response. This includes 24/7 monitoring, crisis simulations, building reputation resilience, and responding to reputation attacks. She has + 15 years of experience as a consultant, including managing her own agency, and she has served as a fellow at CBS and external lecturer at the University of Copenhagen.

Sem de Spa, Senior Manager @Deloitte NL
As a specialist in innovative data analytics solutions, Sem de Spa is driving Deloitte’s risk sensing services globally in Deloitte. He has a background in business mathematics and 11 years of experience in analytics, innovation and risk advisory and he has a strong track record in designing and implementing analytics solutions that improve quality, efficiency and transparency of business processes. Sem is from our Dutch practice.
