Dialogmøde 2 - TCFD Scenarieanalyser
Emnet for FSR - danske revisorers Udvalg for samfundsansvar og bæredygtighed's andet dialogmøde i 2020 er TCFD Scenarieanalyser. Mødet foregår online og på engelsk.
In the five years since the TCFD (Task Force on Climate-Related Financial Disclosures) was established, companies, investors, and policy-makers have shown significant support to the TCFD. A current area of focus is the Task Force's recommendation to conduct climate-related scenario analysis. The value at risk from political, transitional and physical climate risk can be substantial, and climate-related scenario analysis is a crucial element in identifying and addressing potential risks and opportunities.
This digital dialogue meeting will explore the recommended steps and approaches to conducting climate-related scenario analysis in line with the TCFD recommendations. We will hear from the private sector on how they have implemented the recommendation, about the climate scenario data available in a Danish context, and from a member of the TCFD on what the taskforce is doing to help companies on their journey to conduct scenario analysis.
The meeting will be facilitated by Frances Iris Lu, Head of CSR & Sustainability services, KPMG DK and member of FSR – Danish Auditors’ Committee on Sustainability and Corporate Responsibility
