A strategic approach to diversity & inclusion
Diversity and inclusion (D&I) is more than policies, programs, or headcounts. It's a neccessary strategic approach to create the Future of Work and outpace  your competition by supporting the perspectives and potential of all your team members. As a result, diverse and inclusive workplaces earn deeper trust and more commitment from their employees.

By mastering inclusive leadership, understanding its challenges and opportunities, you and your organization will be laying the foundations for an agile, innovative and successful business.

Research based and strong real-lifecases
The program is led by renowned Diversity & Inclusion (D & I) faculty from Copenhagen Business School. Be inspired by speakers from both global academia and industry and get access to the latest research, business cases and tools for D & I.

The program is developed in collaboration with renowned Professor Sara Louise Muhr and Associate Professor Poornima Luthra from Copenhagen Business School and applying the most recent scientifically based state-of-the-art research. This is combined with expert practitioners who will present the latest real-life cases on D & I and their strategy for cultivating inclusive leadership.

The faculty of the program strives to create an atmosphere in which participants are able and willing to share their thoughts, ideas, and concerns openly and freely. Participants of this program will leave with a deep understanding of the concept of inclusive leadership along with tools for themselves to become truly inclusive leaders who are active allies.

Learning objectives

  • Demonstrate a business case for diversity
  • Recognise individual and organisational factors that lead to discrimination
  • Develop a plan to diversify your workforce
  • Identify ways to implement and design inclusive workplaces
  • Construct a strategy for D&I initiatives
  • Learn the key behaviours for inclusive leadership through active allyship

Learning Design
The course provides an interactive learning experience and include thoughtful activities, self-reflection exercises, case studies, and in-training discussions. Participants are expected to bring their own challenge and will be given the opportunity to formulate their own inclusive leadership development plan.

The program is composed by modules with in-person attendance combined with virtual sessions in between the modules. We focus very much on the value of networking and exchange of experience among participants. The program includes a study visit to The Netherlands where you will have the opportunity to learn from D & I experts and practitioners who are in the forefront of Inclusive Leadership.
