Just Transition: How Can Companies Enable an Inclusive Green Future?
BSR invites companies, academia, and civil society to join us for an interactive in-person event. It will include a Futures exercise for participants to explore different social implications and strategic approaches together with peers.

It is clear that we need to accelerate the transition to a net-zero economy to mitigate the worst impacts of climate change. At the same time, we need to ensure a just transition—one that is fair, equitable, and inclusive. Because a net-zero future requires a transformation of economies and societies, a just transition is relevant and essential for all sectors, and all businesses need to examine and address how climate change and climate solutions affect people across their value chains.
BSR invites companies, academia, and civil society to join us for an interactive in-person event where we will explore the drivers, methods, and scenarios of integrating just transition into business and sustainability strategies to enable a just and inclusive future for workers and communities. The event will include a Futures exercise for participants to explore different social implications and strategic approaches together with peers.
