Leading CSR and SDG reporting practice: 25 years of the FSR CSR award

Join FSR - Danish auditors dialogue meeting and learn about leading CSR and SDG reporting practice in view of the 25 years of the FSR CSR award. Hear from Novo Nordisk and A.P. Moller-Maersk and join the debate facilitated by KPMG.

CSR and sustainability reporting has made significant strides in 25 years, and is increasingly looked to as a source of information crucial to understanding long-term risks and opportunities faced by the business community and society at large. These include, among others, solutions to the global challenges outlined by the UN's Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

As we look at the present and future of sustainability reporting, themes emerge such as impact and value creation ("the business case 2.0"), best practice SDG reporting, and the role of technology in the next generation of ESG disclosures. At the same time, leading sustainability reporting is increasingly expected to reflect on the future, and draw the link between companies and global events, megatrends, and broad societal change.

At this dialogue meeting, in view of the anniversary of FSR’s CSR award, we reflect on the journey of sustainability reporting over the past 25 years, look at new SDG reporting tools, and engage in a robust discussion on the future of reporting.

The meeting will be facilitated by Frances Iris Lu, Head of CSR & Sustainability Services at KPMG and member of FSR – the Danish auditors’ CSR committee.
