Maersk Supply Service and Ørsted to test offshore charging buoy to reduce vessel emissions
Developed by Maersk Supply Service, the prototype buoy acts as safe mooring point and charging station for vessels, potentially displacing significant amount of marine fuel with green electricity. It will be tested at an Ørsted offshore wind farm in 2021.

Verdens største havvindmøllepark, Hornsea 2, producerer sin første strøm
Havvindmølleparken råder over 165 styk 8 MW Siemens Gamesa-vindmøller og vil, når den står helt færdig, være i stand til at producere 1,32 GW grøn strøm. Dermed kommer den til at overtage titlen som verdens største idriftsatte havvindmøllepark fra naboprojektet Hornsea 1. Sammen vil de to projekter kunne forsyne over 2,3 millioner britiske husstande med strøm.
