Job Description

CEMAsys is looking for a dedicated and result-oriented Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our Outbound Marketing (OM) Team in Copenhagen. This team has been key in supporting CEMAsys’ growth and is an integral part of our international sales strategy, along with the Inbound Marketing (IM) unit.

As we work to expand our client base in Denmark, we are specifically seeking a full-time Business Development Representative who is fluent in Danish to effectively explore new sales opportunities in the Danish market. Strong English language skills are also essential to effectively communicate with the Team Leader.

Key Responsibilities

• Meeting Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule meetings for our sales representative.
• Market Research: Identify potential clients across different industries using pipeline building tools.
• Target Audience Outreach: Execute outbound marketing strategies to promote CEMAsys’ new and exciting products and services.
• Results Tracking: Use CRM tools to track your leads, report results to your team leader.
• Team building: share lessons learned and best practices with your team and OM teams in our other Scandinavian offices. 
   

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for a candidate who:

• Possesses strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in Danish and English.
• Is proactive, structured, efficient, and capable of defining their own specific tasks within broader frameworks and strategies developed by the Team Lead.
• Holds at least a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. 
• Is outgoing and works well both independently and as part of a team, as we highly value knowledge sharing.
• Is interested in sustainability, IT, and/or marketing. Experience in any of these areas is not a requirement but is appreciated.
