Due to increasing demand and pressure from consumers, all actors throughout the food supply chain are required to comply with a recognized Food Safety standard. FSSC 22000 is a complete certification scheme for Food Safety Management Systems.
On April 1st 2024 FSSC 22000 version 6 became mandatory. This new version brings significant changes as it integrates requirements of ISO22003-1: 2022 and strengthens the requirements to support organizations in contributing to meeting the UN's Sustainable Development Goals.
