Udviklingsorganisation indsamler idéer, der kan mindske landbrugets CO2-aftryk

Seges Innovation har skudt gang i en indsamling af idéer fra hele verden til at reducere landbrugs- og fødevaresektorens klimaaftryk. Målet er at accelerere udviklingen af konkrete løsninger, lyder det.

DLG partner in a new ground-breaking project – ‘No-Methane’

Innovation Fund Denmark has invested EUR 2,2 million in the research project; ‘No-Methane’, in which a specific product is to be developed to reduce methane emissions from the cow by up to 50%. DLG is a key partner in the project, and if the goal of the project is reached, it will resonate throughout the world.

Danske landmænd skal klædes bedre på til grøn omstilling

Alle landmænd i Danmark vil fra næste år få adgang til et nyt digitalt redskab, som skal sætte turbo på klimaomstillingen. Samtidig tilbydes landmænd og landbrugsstuderende en helt ny klimauddannelse.

Using drones increase earnings in agriculture

A study from 2019 between the Danish Technological Institute and SEGES shows the economic benefits of using drones in agriculture when gathering data for distributing plant protection. Targeting specific crops instead of the entire field ensures less plant protection waste and economic benefits for the farmer.

Forskningsprojekt skal mindske migranters arbejdsulykker i dansk landbrug

Med en bevilling på 2,5 millioner kroner skal Moesgårds Antropologiske Analyseenhed på Aarhus Universitet, i samarbejde med Seges, undersøge migranters sikkerhedsudfordringer i landbruget.
